Honda ProFirst Certification

We carry Honda ProFirst certification as an auto body shop dedicated to service excellence. HondaProFirst certification involves basic knowledge/skill, training, customer contact, tools/equipment, facility, and inspection standards. ProFirst facilities attend I-CAR® training and additional factory training to ensure knowledge regarding new Honda technologies. Two structural technicians and one estimator must complete the training requirements. Certification requires tracking the customer satisfaction indicator (CSI) with surveys. We invest in a state-of-the-art facility with the equipment and tools required by Honda. We commit to Honda facility standards, including safety, work processes, customer communication, cleanliness, and customer parking. Honda ProFirst certification retention requires a third-party inspection by an independent auditor.
